Cancellation Notice. Either party may cancel at the end of the then-current billing period by providing written notice of at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. Verbal cancellation requests will not be honored.

Early Termination Fee. If the Client cancels prior to the end of the agreed term, an Early Termination Fee shall be due immediately:

3-month term: one (1) month's retainer
6-month term: two (2) months' retainer
12-month term: three (3) months' retainer

Client Responsibilities. Provide timely feedback on campaign content (within 48 hours); supply local service updates and promotions; follow up promptly with leads; regularly report lead activity and revenue; notify SalesDesk in writing of any changes to service territory or target audience.

Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep the terms of this agreement and any proprietary information confidential.

Limitation of Liability. Go SalesDesk LLC does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. SalesDesk's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 60 days prior to any claim.
